Yealink hosted the Workplace Forward Summit at BMW Welt in Munich, bringing together 400 leaders, technology experts, customers, and channel partners from the global collaboration ecosystem. Representatives from leading technology companies including Microsoft and Qualcomm, industry organizations such as AVIXA, analysts from Frost & Sullivan and leading system integrators attended the event to exchange views on the future of work.

Under the theme of “Innovating for Trust,” Yealink showcased its one-stop-shop solution: offering AI-based solutions in different work contexts, while providing a simple and unified experience in design, management, and service. Yealink believes that AI agents will transform the entire workflow of a room’s lifecycle, from design and deployment to day-to-day use and ongoing maintenance. By integrating AI into every step, Yealink aims to simplify the construction, operation, and maintenance of work environments, even as spaces become more complex.

Different perspectives, a shared vision

The summit brought together experts from across the ecosystem. Opening the discussion, Roopam Jain of Frost & Sullivan highlighted a shift in priorities at work: from occupation to efficiency at work as the new currency of performance. With around 15% growth in in-room video surveillance devices in the first half of the year, she highlighted the resumption of market momentum and identified three pillars that will shape the future of workplaces: smart spaces, scalable simplicity and trust.

  • Stimulate innovation. Bringing together the perspectives of the platform, hardware, and silicon, the Microsoft session explored the new working system, Yealink showcased its One-Stop solution and AI forward, and Qualcomm highlighted how embedded AI is evolving cameras from capture to understanding. These views converged at the Innovation Forward panel, where industry experts explored how AI, enabled by embedded platforms and devices, will shape the future of smart workplaces.
  • Build trust. Discussions focused on trust from the perspective of security, AI adoption, and industry collaboration. Professor Dennis-Kenji Kipker outlined four essential layers of enterprise AI security, while AVIXA highlighted that transparency, human control, and measurable value are key to reliable AI adoption. The Trust Forward panel also reaffirmed that trust must be built through secure design, reliable performance and responsible industry partnerships.

Solution One-Stop

Yealink brought its One-Stop solution to life through One Coverage, covering various workplace scenarios with AI-powered solutions, and One Experience, unifying design, management, and service. Live demonstrations showcased solutions for meeting rooms, business AV, SIP phones, headsets, and voice solutions for public spaces, as well as unified management features and innovative AI capabilities.

For its 25th anniversary, the summit marked another milestone in Yealink’s engagement with the ecosystem. Over the past five years, Yealink has recorded a revenue CAGR of more than 19%, which is four times higher than the market average, strengthening its role in shaping the industry.
