Rizzi has more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology and strategy, advising leaders on AI, technology, and growth. At Okta, he led the company’s growth strategy for six years, paving the way to $3 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR). As a close advisor to the executive team, he developed the decision-making framework that aligned Okta’s functions with this plan.
“Rogerio and I worked together at Okta, and I witnessed firsthand how he develops a growth strategy and decision-making framework that accelerates growth and brings the leadership team on the same page,” said Shiv Ramji, CEO of Cellebrite. “He brings that thoroughness and extensive experience in AI, technology, and M&A to Cellebrite. Together, we are embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory to serve our customers even better.”
Prior to Okta, Rizzi led corporate strategy at SAP SE, where he drove platform consolidation and set the strategy for the company’s cloud, platform, and future technology businesses, including AI and machine learning. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and advised the CEO, Board of Directors and Board of Directors. Prior to that, he spent ten years as a partner at the strategy consultancy Monitor Group, where he co-managed the Chicago and São Paulo offices.
“I am thrilled to join Cellebrite and help Shiv and the team move forward with a purposeful, bold strategy that increases our value to all key stakeholders and accelerates our growth,” said Rizzi. “Cellebrite is a leader in its industry and enjoys genuine trust and credibility; the demand is clear and growing everywhere.” Rizzi also brings a personal perspective on the company’s mission. “I grew up in Brazil, where safety on the roads is a serious problem. The fastest way to address these issues, in my view, is through access to effective technology. The faster we deploy our solutions, the safer the world becomes.”
Rizzi began studying electrical engineering at the age of 16 and worked on the development of microchips and neural networks in the 1990s. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo.
