Serkan Çelik serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Turkey, Africa, Egypt, and the CIS region at Redington Group. With extensive experience spanning finance, technology, and business transformation, Serkan plays a pivotal role in steering Redington’s growth and partner ecosystem across some of the most dynamic emerging markets.
He joined Redington Group through its subsidiary, Arena, where he held several leadership positions. Starting as CFO, Serkan was later appointed CEO of Arena. During his tenure, he led the company’s expansion into new segments such as mobile technologies, renewable energy, IoT, and automation. He also spearheaded the establishment of Paynet, one of Turkey’s pioneering B2B fintech platforms, and has served as Chairman of both Paynet and Arena Mobile.
Prior to Arena, Serkan spent nearly a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising more than 200 companies on tax, financial structuring, and corporate governance. He holds a degree in Economics from Istanbul University and is an alumnus of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
