CNS and Microsoft convened an exclusive summit for CXOs

The first session began with an overview of CNS and Microsoft Cloud technologies.  Mahmoud Mousa, Senior Partner Cloud Solution Architect Data and AI at Microsoft spoke in another plenary session about Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence and Data Portfolio. He discussed extensive cloud offerings by Microsoft, and ecosystem integration, and focused on the ongoing tech innovations at the company. Gyan Kumar, Regional Channel Sales Lead – Security & MW, Microsoft shared insights on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and expressed how it is leveraging artificial intelligence and enhancing workplace efficiency.

As part of the induction, Reem El- labban, Territory Channel Manager – Business Applications, Microsoft took the session ahead by speaking on Dynamics 365 and Power Apps. The focus was on the usage of Dynamics 365, and how businesses can become more agile and reduce complexity with cost effectiveness. The role of Power Apps was also discussed which provide a rapid and developed environment to build custom apps for various business needs.  Additionally, Maureen Khoury, Senior Customer Service, GTM Manager, Microsoft shared information on Dynamics 365 Customer Service, a technical solution that leads to operational planning, sales, financials, human resource management, supply chain, sales, and more.

The session also included an introduction to Jenny AI’s call center agent solution by Mohamed Attya, Practice Head-Cloud, CNS Middle East. He highlighted the intricate features of this tech innovation and emphasized that by using this AI-driven agent, businesses can respond to customer inquiries automatically.
