

The announcement of establishing five National Centres for Excellence in Skilling and setting up Atal Tinkering Labs in schools will not only catalyse innovation and entrepreneurship but also play a crucial role in making the workforce job-ready and aligned with industry needs.
The introduction of broadband connectivity in all government secondary schools and primary healthcare facilities reaffirms the government’s commitment to addressing the critical issues of access and digitalisation in education. This step will ensure equal opportunities for all and pave the way for a digitally inclusive society.
Other measures, such as the Fund of Funds for startups, the deep tech fund of funds, and an extension of benefits under 80 IAC to all eligible startups incorporated before 1 April 2030, demonstrate the government’s commitment to foster a thriving startup ecosystem and will boost entrepreneurship in the country.”
