Vann builds monthly financial reporting, forecasts and transaction diligence from a company’s closed accounting records, for business owners and financial advisers who need to understand, explain and substantiate results before decisions are made.
Vantage’s first engagement put Vann to work for a buyer evaluating an acquisition. Vann read 24 months of bank statements and two general ledger exports covering 294 accounts, and every statement tied to the bank’s own printed totals with zero variance before the analysis began. “Your agent found the ones that I found… And I hadn’t even told you that,” the buyer said. In a second engagement, working from bank statements alone with no general ledger, Vann produced a draft analysis whose 13 findings an independent review pass reproduced in full.
For business acquisitions and sales, Vann supports quality-of-earnings (QoE) analysis by organizing reported earnings, proposed adjustments and the evidence behind them. When supplied, bank statements and filed tax returns are compared against the books. Proposed earnings add-backs are shown individually, with the source account and rule behind each one, allowing a reviewer to evaluate or reject an adjustment without rebuilding the analysis.
“Agentic AI is not coming to finance. It is here,” said Nicolas Griebenow, founder of Vantage FP&A. “We rebuilt FP&A around it, so the reporting and deal work a team used to assemble by hand now runs end to end, and every figure still shows where it came from.”
Vantage FP&A accepts reporting, forecasting and deal diligence engagements nationwide. Deliverables are based on the available records and the agreed scope of each engagement.
