With Veo 3 integrated into the Gemini app, users can describe the scenes they envision using a ‘prompt.’ The model responds by creating a customised video complete with sound effects, dialogue, and music, all rendered in 720p quality.
Unveiled during Google I/O last May, Veo 3 provides users with features to include sound effects, ambient noises, and dialogue, generating all audio elements internally. It is noted for its high quality, realism, and fidelity to the user’s instructions.
To identify AI-generated content, Google includes a SynthID watermark in all videos produced by its generative AI models, including Veo 3. A new tool, SynthID Detector, is being tested and will soon be available more broadly. Furthermore, all videos created by Veo 3 will feature a visible watermark, except for those made by Ultra members using Flow, a new tool meant for AI filmmakers.
